Our 27th Annual Campout will occur on the weekend of September 8th-11th, 2011. Camping fees must be paid before August 15th. This is a hard cut off date. If you do not pay you will not be allowed to camp with us. Those who pay early and have a later change of plans will receive a refund of fees, provided we are notified by August 15th. All attendees must be in recovery and old enough to care for themselves. Attendance is by invitation only, and those who sponsor first time attendees are responsible for letting them know what is expected of them.
All campers are $75.00
All campers must pay this fee and it only covers the period between Thursday and Sunday and it only covers tents on the ground. Early campers, campers with RV’s, tent trailers, etc must make arrangements with Pine Cliff Resort.

We have blocked out an area of the Pine Cliff Resort campground for our day camp and tent camping use. Campers arriving before Thursday, 08 September, all campers with trailers or motor homes and those campers with rental units must make their reservation directly with Pine Cliff at 760-648-7558. Let them know that you are with the Broken Neck Trout Campout.
Upon arrival, everyone must sign in at the Pine Cliff office and receive your space assignment. You must use your assigned space as all spaces are reserved.
Rental trailers are available from Adventures in Camping (800-417-7771, 760-647-6057, www.adventuresincamping.com). Adventures in Camping will spot your trailer for you just as they did in previous years. You will have to make arrangements with both Adventures in Camping and Pine Cliff Resort.
Campers arriving before the evening meal on Thursday the 9th will be responsible for your own meals. The BNTC camping meals begin on Thursday evening.

Pine Cliff Resort is approximately 54 miles north of Bishop, CA and approximately 13 miles north of the turnoff to Mammoth Lakes, CA. on Highway 395. On Highway 395 north from Mammoth Lakes, CA, turn left (west) on Highway 158 to June Lake Village. Go approximately one mile and turn right (north) on North Shore Drive. Go approximately one mile and look for the Pine Cliff Resort sign on the right.
Campers arriving before the evening meal on Thursday, 9 September, will be responsible for their own meals. The BNTC camping meals include breakfast and the evening meal, beginning Thursday evening and ending with breakfast on Sunday. Each camper is responsible for all other meals, snacks and providing their own plates and utensils.
